The Moon's Teeth is our hoppy American pilsner that we brewed in collaboration with our good buds at Human People Beer. We brewed this pilsner with German pilsner, 6-row and a touch of Vienna and spelt malts. The Moon's Teeth was hopped with Sterling in the kettle and fermented on Cascade hops with a familiar lager strain. Spunded for natural carbonation.
