Cold Night For Alligators is a modern pale ale that we brewed with Czech pilsner malt, malted oats and flaked wheat. We hopped this modern pale ale in the kettle with Elani, Citra and Cascade then fermented it cool with our house lager strain. Cold Night For Alligators was dry hopped with more Elani and Citra.
