Such a Scream is our modern pale ale brewed with a blend of pilsner malts, flaked wheat and flaked oats. We hopped Such a Scream in the kettle with Strata, Riwaka and Cascade Lupomax, then fermented it cool with our house lager strain. This modern pale ale was dry hopped heavily with more Strata and Citra Lupomax.
