Love both the vision and execution of this beer: the botanicals and pale yeast of a kellerbier with the snappy clean malt of the pils, without compromising either. Somewhat clear golden body with a huge white body, spotted lacing. Pale grains with grassy hops in the nose with lemon zest and pith, slight bread and cracker. Taste has grassy and lesser so floral tones to go with the pale grains and bready yeast, lemon and lime pith with underlying malts and a whisper of southern biscuit. Hoppier body, but crisp and relatively clean given the pale complexion

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, one finger foamy white head. Crisp, grainy aroma. Taste is Biscuity, bready, smooth, clean, tasty. Fast finish
