Our Schwarzwald Pale Ale violet is a refreshingly fruity, wonderfully light yet extremely multi-faceted beer. A bouquet of fruity aromas caresses the nose in the glass. When drinking, Violet then reveals all of its flavor complexity with its creamy full-bodiedness and a fruity basket of aromas.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky orange with tons of white head. Tons of lacing as well. The nose is really interesting. Bread, oak, orange, pineapple, cheese, wheat, and grass. The taste is great. Definitely a hoppy bitterness upfront. Citrus peel and some pine needles. Followed by oranges, apples, wheat, grass, and an herbal spice. Dry finish. Great overall.
