Had on tap at brewery, described as a blackberry sour. Color of pure grapefruit and very cloudy, decent off-white head and lacing. Smell is typical sour. Flavor is where things get interesting. Hint of blackberry but also goat cheese and poached apple with a really great malty flavor. Very interesting, I wasn’t a huge fan at first sip but quickly came to like it. Good feel and finish. Very interesting sour with flavors to pick apart, liked it a lot.
