I’ll add to the praise here now that Steinspark is once again open for the season. They offer a well-curated selection of German (and German-inspired) beers, by the pint or liter, along with schnitzel and sausages. All outdoors, so check the forecast. Communal seating, family-friendly, and just a great place to visit.

This place just opened on 9/16/22 and they have things running smoothly already. It's all outdoors in a mostly-shaded setting. It will be a seasonal operation, although fire pits and LP heaters are available for chilly days. Food is ordered at a kiosk outside of the fenced biergarten, and a beer kiosk is inside the fenced area. The food menu is mostly German dishes (hand-helds and entrees), and there were 4 German beers plus two local craft beers (Bell's and Territorial Brewing) on tap. Additionally, there were two German beers in bottles, plus a German NA beer, also in a bottle. Draft beers are 14-oz. pours in glass mugs, although I saw a few liter-sized mugs in use (mug club?). They also offer four canned mixed drinks and 5 wines (international). (All items are shown on the website menu lists.) Per a schedule (also online) there are food trucks on some days.
We enjoyed our food and biers, and I'll go out on a limb and say the schnitzel was the biggest and best that I've ever had. The setting of the biergarten was perfect for us - 70 degrees, mostly sunny (although the biergarten is mostly shaded), and a slight breeze. Oompah music was playing but was on a small stereo system and not very loud. Maybe a better sound system is yet to be added. One last note: in keeping with German cultural ways, no tipping is allowed on the bier or food service! This experience is highly recommended.
