Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and crackery. Crisp with notes of citrus, wheat dough and some corn.
Taste is fruity and crackery with a moderate bitterness. Notes of wheat dough, citrus, rye and corn.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good ilsner, not quite clean enough.
