Traditional German-Style Hefeweizen with a 5.7% ABV. It's a refreshing and light wheat beer that's unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance. With flavors banana, clove, and a hint of citrus, it has a slightly sweet taste. Perfect for a summer day.

Seductive looking beer on tap into a 1/2 liter kugel. Served very cold. Not much in the aroma category but that is probably my noses fault. Delightful taste. Well balanced and very nuanced for a wheat beer. I plan on drinking more. Delicious.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a standard pint glass, this beer draws a very cloudy/hazy light to medium golden color with a nice white head that’s about 1/2 of an inch thick when the first drawn and served. Head eventually settles to a medium size ring letting the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface along with a decent film a layer of surface foam and some decent lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and wheat along with some hints of banana and clove. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts and wheat that are followed by notes of banana and clove that provide just the right amount of sweetness. Rounded out with a slight hint of herbal and floral hop notes. The flavor profile is right on target for this style of beer. It is very well crafted in that regard. Has a crisp, somewhat smooth, medium bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. Very refreshing on this hot, summer afternoon here in Parma, Ohio.
