A: Pours a clear golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: The aroma is zesty lemon grass and toasted grains. A very simplistic nose, but it works.
T: Like the nose, very simple. Lemon rind zest, lightly grassy. A good Noble hop character but without any real bitterness. Toasted malts and grains, with a bit more sweetness in the mix.
M/O: A light body for sure. This has good carbonation, and becomes ultra smooth and clean. All day with this one. Really enjoyable to drink.
Definitely on the "light" side, and is very simple. Though it is also very enjoyable. It is not going to wow a lot of people, but if you enjoy subtle and just enjoyable beers to drink again and again, this hits the spot.
