Poured at fridge temp. Pours a nice transparent yellow with fluffy white head. Bubbles rising throughout. The nose is light and crisp. I immediately get a floral note. Maybe this is the smell of bat piss? Who knows. Soft notes of candy, apricot, apples, pears, a grainy note, bread, and a touch of honey. Very smooth.
The taste is nice and generally sweet. Candy, slight caramel, honey, apricots, plums, raisins, wheat, a bit of oaky bitterness, and a hint of leather. Really nice combination of flavors.
The mouthfeel is light, with a sweet aftertaste. Very easy drinking.
