The old favorite is back! Our original IPA is back for a limited time. Harnessing the aromatic, savory and bittering qualities of the cascade hop, the Blue Eyed Bulldog English India Pale Ale offers a smooth, malty backbone accompanied by citrusy, West Coast flavor of Cascadia.

Draft pour at the Newburgh location served cold in a shaker pint. Bright amber with lasting khaki head. Good lacing. Aroma was mild pine & citrus. Taste was caramel malt with mild pine and citrus. Good version of the English style, just missing the English ingredients.

A: Dark amber color with a half finger head.
S: Has a woody pine and cotton candy smell. Carnival in the woods.
T: The FIRST IPA I can say is drinkable that I've had. The citrus and pine notes come out well but don't overpower the malty goodness. A great beer to enjoy on a hot summer day.
M: light, and carbonated just perfectly.
O: I am glad I finally had this. It is a great Session IPA. I do not recommend it for the crazy hop heads, but for someone just getting into IPA's, this is a great beer to have first.

A-It's a dark copper brown color. Nice bubbly head. pretty nice.
S-Smells like a lighter hopped ipa to me. Caramel malty roasted malt profile in the sniff.
T- Tastes like a very balanced Ipa. The caramel malts balance out the floral hops. I like Ipa's like this, but many people probably do not.
M-Light to medium bodied.
O- It's not bad, not bad at all. The blue moose is a good choice at Turonis. Keep an eye out for the tv ads

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong citrus hops, sweet malt, hint of pale malt, and hint of yeast. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, slight floral hops, sweet malt, slight grain, and hint of pale malt. Overall, good body and blend. This was served in a very chilled glass that hurt the aroma. As it warmed, the mouth feel and the body complexity vastly improved.
