16oz draft at Turoni's Newburgh location. 5.6% ABV 78.8 IBU with grapefruit peel and Citra hops. The beer was served cold in a shaker pint with about an inch of head. The beer is light amber with off white head that stuck around left some lacing. The aroma was muted citrus and caramel. The taste was muted caramel and citrus. Mouthfeel was medium bodied, well carbonated and dry with no off flavors or flaws. Overall, ok. This is a very weird combination of Citra with a traditional west coast IPA malt bill.
