Ice cold pint served at the newburgh location. The beer pours bright light amber with off white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of bubbles leaving a few streaks of lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet honey and pale malt. The taste is semisweet honey and pale malt with tea like hop notes and minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall, ok.

A- very blonde in color. little to no head and not really any lacing.
S- Smells very much like adjuncts to me.
T- The taste is wow sweet. Very much like honey, hence the name. A sweet malt profile makes it sweeter. Not really any hop presence to speak of.
M-Little thicker probably from the honey, overall pretty light.
O-This one is just weird to me because it tastes alot better than it looks and smells. Probably an easier one to take home a growler of and to eat with their pretty good pizza.

Pours slighty darker than straw, call it yellow...clarified.
Has a sweet malty smell.
Flowery taste, with a hint of sweet.
The sweetness calms any lingering bitterness and makes for a reasonably pleasant taste and mouthfeel.
Goes down pretty well.

Pours a decent mid-yellow with some nice head and some nice lacing. Good scent, slightly malty with a faint sugary sweetness in the nose. Good taste, a nice light maltiness with a decent honey undertone in the flavor. Sligtly dry finish, but still quite good.

This English style honey blond ale pours clear honey color with strong head Aromas were biscuity malt and floral hops and tasted similar with well blended Indianna wildflower honey melded to the florial hops and biscuit malts. Some diacetyl that put me off this (also in Vinny's Light Lager). Just a touch not enough to strongly affect the taste.
