Draft pour at the Newburgh location. Dark amber with khaki colored and persistant head. Aroma is mild with dark toasted malt with earthy notes. The taste is semisweet deep toasted malt with an almost chocolate note. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, off style a touch. It's a nice, clean, flavorful bock at any rate...
