I had this on tap over at the Turoni's on Main Street.
A: It poured a crystal clear, auburn color, with an anemic head and visible carbonation (but that's a good thing considering the style).
S: It seems that none of Turoni's beers have a nose, and this one is no exception... maybe some malt.
T: It had a really nice, malty, butterscotch flavor that thankfully wasn't over the top at all. Sure, it may have been a touchy watery, but kinda like my Scottish Ales subdued anyway.
M: Low carbonation, no lacing, and I dug the fact that this wasn't too sugary or "imperial."
O: This was a really nice entry from one of my favorite childhood restaurant and young adult watering holes.
