Poured from 330mL can into a tall kitchen glass. Best by 3/28/23.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with a ton of murky haze; head is a thick finger of frothy ivory foam. A solid-looking hazy.
Smell: hops are a combination of citrusy, herbal, and dank. However, there's a piquancy here as well that doesn't entirely work for me.
Taste: flavor is a little sweet but with a soft grain character - this beer has oats and wheat in addition to barley. The hops are a bit more mellow and juicy in the flavor. More melon and tropical flavors are coming out here. I actually really like this.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a very solid NEIPA. Not perfect, but what is?
