Had on tap. Mostly clear golden body with a huge white head and bands of lacing. Aromas of the foudre oak bonding with the honeycomb malt, floral and more so grassy hops, bready yeast and lemon peel. Taste immerses you in the yeast with the oak, hops and malts striking wonderful balances at different points of the sip. Bright medium bodied with a crisp and clean feel that fills out well, with the foudre being an appropriate accent to the slight paleness. One of the best foudre helles I have had

A decent bit of bitterness, otherwise a foamy served beer. Good drinker, on tap at the source. Nothing complex, but tasty and fluffy for sure. Filling.
