Vanilla variant.
Aging for half of our three year existence in Four Roses and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, this incredibly smooth Imperial Stout is as delightful to sniff as it is to taste! Bursting with bold milk chocolate flavor and a smooth, creamy bourbon finish, this big stout is the perfect toast celebrating our third anniversary.

On tap at the brewery - Batavia, IL
L: jet black with a thin beige head
S: vanilla fills the nose with marshmallow, oaky bourbon, roasted barley, dark chocolate
T: strong vanilla again; dark chocolate, oak, bourbon, caramel, leather, tea, coffee
F: full body, sticky, boozy, modest carbonation, roasty finish with some earthy hops and vanilla lingering
O: I think I liked the non-vanilla one more; the vanilla is pretty potent and takes away from some of the other flavors
