Appearance- a half finger of head disappears in about 10 seconds. Pale yellow, almost the color of chardonnay. Turbid.
Aroma- vinous, cidery, peach
Taste- delicate peach and citrus, light to medium sourness. A little bit of a yogurty flavor probably from lacto.
Mouthfeel- the body is very light, little to light carbonation.
Overall - this is a a delicate sour. The carbonation isn't super high, which I kind of miss in this. But, the flavors overcome that issue. This would pair great with a light fish...maybe sushi.
