Collab with our friends and neighbors at Wild Yarrow Brewing. We brewed up a fairly traditional style Belgian blonde but then threw 60 lbs of Pinot Gris grapes from Oregon. The phenolic characters and dryness of the Belgian yeast compliment the pear, citrus, and acidity of the Pinot Gris. This one-of-a-kind collaboration also benefits Lucky Pup Rescue of SC.
