A light and refreshing sour, inspired by the classic Pina Colada cocktail. With Sorachi Ace hops, coconut and pineapple puree.

Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden, straw coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smell is dominated by sweet pineapple and lactic acid, with just a hint of coconut coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by sweet pineapple and lactic acid, with the coconut coming through a little bit more, but not much, on the tongue than in the nose. Finishes with a medium acidity and some pineapple lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
While it's not really for me, this accomplishes a "Pina Colada Sour" well enough, although the pineapple is a lot more pronounced than the coconut, which is probably for the best though. All in all a nice, refreshing Sour, if you're into the whole Pina Colada thing.
