L- Very pale straw with very slight haze and 1Cm snow white lid. Holds well, forms good lacing on the way down.
S- Citrus and probably other fruits. From the above I'm getting a sinking feeling (I fear I know where this is going)...
T- Thin, very dry, notable citrus/soda-water notes ie thin sharp citrus (grapefruit?) plus the dry harsh edge of plain soda water. Apart from the hops there is nothing beer-like about the flavour of this one.
F- Thin, austere, no sense of richness or roundedness at all.
O- Might work a bit better in high summer than during Xmas week. That said the can label features an elegant graphic of an attractive snowy mountain scene with a timber cabin so I don't believe I'm drinking it out of season.
440ml can BB: 30/11/21 bought as part of a large pick-your-own custom order from TremblingMadness/York for home delivery to London. Good job I picked singles of each of the 50 odd beers, as this is one I'd not wish to drink again.
....Now checking the lable text for any points of interest. Contains barley and wheat, vegan and gluten free. Enigma and Centennial hops. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Cascade. 'Spicy citrus, vibrabt stonefruit, notes of resin and pine... with a crisp and bitter finish'.
