We've given our much loved American Pale Ale the cryo hop treatment in celebration of our 25th anniversary!
Still the wonderfully refreshing Mosaic hopped beer we all know and love, but with all those delicious tropical and stone fruit flavours given an extra boost. Mosaic has been added in leaf, T90 and cryo hop form, resulting in an aromatic beer with a zesty, bitter finish.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, fruity and juicy. Notes of apricot, orange juice, grass and pineapple.
Taste is fruity and grassy, crisp with moderate bitterness. Notes of peach, citrus, melon and vitamin-c tablets.
Mouthfeel is medium, but a bit overcarbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable pale ale.
