Old Ale

Tawny Old Ale, Rich and complex flavours with fruit and toffee predominating, hints of apricot and subtle coconut. This beer is made with candy sugar, three types of hops has been dry hopped and primed with the finest maple syrup, before undergoing a long secondary fermentation in cask. A very special beer indeed!

Please note there is a subtle difference between the cask and keg versions. The cask version was aged in standard casks, while the keg version was barrel aged in White Burgundy oak casks.
