A 16 ounce draft pour at the brewery into a shaker pint.
Look- Pale amber, moderately hazy, cream colored frothy head, average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Bready, pine, grapefruit, weak strength of scent.
Taste- Bready, pine, grapefruit, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, moderately bitter, moderately creamy, mildly dry finish.
Overall- This was an enjoyable beer from a small relatively new brewery. It was a bit to malt heavy for my palate.
