16oz undated can purchased at the source up on Greenbluff. No canning date. This is their "non - hazy" IPA.
Poured into a teku, this was an opaque, apricot color, with a decent sized, creamy looking off-white head, with a decent amount of lace. Clearly, it's an unfiltered IPA.
Mildly citrusy hop aroma, very faint. Also a little bit of a grapey vinuousness. I'm not sure that's a word, but I'm going with it.
The mildly citrusy hoppiness noted in the aroma is a little stronger in the taste, but it's a fairly malty take on the style.
Medium bodied, with a slightly dry mouth feel.
This could be a little old, or just not that strongly hopped in the first place. I tried a taster of it at the brewery and it seemed a little more bright. I'll have to try a full pint of it next time I'm up that way.
