This beer is the signifier of spring and the world coming back to life after winter. Round, balanced and malty with notes of caramel and just enough hops to balance the flavor.

Copenhagen 24/2 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Colorful can with a painting referring to some kind of chaotic full bloom.
Pours almost clear dark amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of frothy foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a string sweet and malty odor with a streak of toast. Sweet caramel, toffee and burnt bread. Hints of brown sugar. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong wetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a streak of alcohol. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Solid dark Maibock.
