Copenhagen 18/2 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Deeper Roots usual ultra-detailed design with a dynamic oil color painting in many colors.
Pours opaque, dirty, golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer for foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light odor of sweet Stone fruit soon overpowered by a citrus fumes. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit, orange and lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is tart and dry.
Not exactly pretty but refreshing, bitter and dry.
