4 Horsemen (White) is a collaboration with our good friends from Pompano Beach Brewing Co. This big beer was rested on Oak, Ugandan vanilla beans, cinnamon and coconut. While this beer presents a big aroma of cinnamon, the cinnamon character is subdued and pairs excellently with the vanilla and Coconut and is a nod to one of South Florida's favorite holiday drinks.

This really worked well together. Horchata on the nose; huge notes of cinnamon & coconut. Sweet vanilla & cinnamon on the nose, with a touch of residual bitterness. Some metallic notes when cold, but settles nicely with time & temp. Really enjoyed.
