Draft at the tap room in ashland
Light fizzy bubbly head, lower retention, hazy orange peach color
Nose starts very peachy, juicy peaches, earthy mild funk farmhouse saison yeast and mild phenol spices, some citrus and a little bitter rind, faint white wine almost that smell at the Vineyard
Taste starts again with loads of fresh juicy peach, mild gristy malt, saison like farmhouse funk notes and spices, a bit herbal earthy, sage like herbal note, mild citrus and bitter rind, a touch of oak and a little sweet white wine, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, med small bubble frothy carb
Overall pretty good, lots of great juicy peach, wish the wine barrel came through a bit more, but good
