Draft at the brewery
Creamy fizzy head, good retention and lacing, clear straw color
Nose big grainy sweet cereal straw malt, mostly grainy sweet, light herbal floral hops, a bit of corn
Taste brings more grainy sweet malts, into some corn from the malt, doughy, little corn bread, cereal, into herbal earthy noble like hops, dry finish, med hop bitterness lingering
Mouth is med bod, med to a bit higher frothy carb
Overall pretty nice, has more of a Helles character than most American made versions that tend to be more of a pilsner
