Light fizzy head, fair retention, streaming bubbles, clear tan color
Nose pilsner malt, cereal grain straw, doughy, hint of corn, light floral hop
Taste more rich grainy pilsner malt, doughy, straw, cereal, little corn, a bit of malt depth possibly single decoction but not sure, fair herbal floral noble hop with light bitterness, dry semi crisp finish, med bitterness turning a touch spicy
Mouth is med bod, med carb
Overall solid German pils
