Very impressive appearance and silky, foamy head. Aroma is bitter with complex tropical fruits, dominated especially by watermelon...
Amazing dry bitterness, balanced with subtle tropical fruit. I'm detecting tangerine, melon and lemon peel. I cannot stop myself from drinking this fast...it's such an amazing subtle fruitiness, balanced with the amazing bitterness, with an impressive mouth feel that is expertly crafted. This is exactly the kind of beer I like...it's light, mega bitter, with subtle fruitiness that doesn't overpower the bitterness too much.
For me the best Romanian beer I have tried so far, and one of the best European IPA's I have ever had.
