Pale and Pilsner malt create a crackery malt base that will please all palates. Small late boil and whirlpool additions of Tettnang give a light floral and spicy flavor and aroma. Great for sitting on the patio mid-summer but also perfect for a light session that doesn’t overwhelm your senses.

16oz can. Poured out a pale, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with notes of crackers and a very mild bitterness.

Clear golden color with a decent white head.
The aroma is crackers and very light caramel with some floral notes.
The taste is likewise crackery malt, hint of caramel and some floral notes in the finish, lightly sweet, mild bitterness, good balance. The body is light, good carbonation level, crisp and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a pretrty decent brew, tasty and refreshing, should be a good summer cooler and should go well with most foods, particularly backyard barbecues, nice.
