I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery in Budapest.
Appearance: dark body with a thick cap of ivory foam atop. Quite pretty.
Smell: a roasty aroma, but a bit astringent. It actually smells quite dry for a "milk stout". Not bad, really, but not super interesting.
Taste: roasty, a bit caramelly, and quite dry. That astringency from the aroma is still there. Not what I would normally think of in a milk stout. That said - I would call this a pretty good robust porter!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a reasonable carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: ok, maybe not quite as the advertised style, but it works on some level.
