Bold, blonde, effervescent, and unforgettable with just the right amount of sweetness, this bier lives up to its namesake—Theresa Deroose of Brouwerij Van Steenberge. Brewed to be the ultimate “foodie bier,” this golden, hospitable, fruity and floral tripel with citrus and coriander makes every dish more vibrant!

On tap at the transcendent Cafe Benelux. Bountiful head, eponymous glassware, delicious flavor, wish it could last forever!

Had on tap. Cloudy deep yellow body with a full white head and lacing. Reminds me a good bit of la fin du monde, a family favorite, so high praise. Smells of orange, lemon, coriander, belgian yeast with floral and grassy tones. Taste is much the same, but with an almost hidden wheat tone with blonde malts supporting, floral finish is excellent with culminating yeast. Feel is effervescent, bright, yeast driven and airy. Fantastic triple on the porch with some frites! The wife loved it
