Big and Belgian but brewed by our friends Central Waters Brewing Company in Amherst, Wisconsin. This is a surprisingly easy drinking, strong – yet not too sweet – quad with huge flavor and character.

Had on tap. Amber brown pour with a pinky finger of kahki foam, spotted lacing. Smell and taste are clones: dark sweet malt, boozy oxidation, robust grain, Belgian yeast and light dried dark fruits. The nose emphasizes the malt and fruit more, the taste the oxidation and earthy grain more, nose just more wholistic too. Feel is very warm, yet smooth and malty with decent yeast, but middle gets a bit over the bounds with some booze leakage
