Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled.
Unfiltered, cloudy pale gold colored body. White head which becomes a thin cap and higher ring. Leaves behind a fine lacing web.
Aroma of wheat malt, cloves spice, and a little fruit.
Taste is tangy wheat malt, cloves, and a little fruit, but more green apple than banana. All continue in to the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture. Good carbonation.
Fits for style, with good fruitiness and spice.
