A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that gradually settled down and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with notes of cracker malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the malts are more prominent and there are additional notes of spicy hops. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is very easy to drink and the taste has a nice balance between the malts and hops.
