Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Resident Culture, this West Coast-Style IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Simcoe. This one presents with a nice peachy fruitiness with some delightful sticky resin. Clean, crisp and finishing with notes of orange rind and pine.

For a west coast IPA, there is still a bit of haze to this, though not outside the norm. Head is not lacking, but not really standing out, either. Nose is on the green onion side of the spectrum, but overall a mix of it with citrus rind and grape leaves with a backing of light maltiness
Taste follows with a medium bodied, herbal focaccia opening. The onion note hits mid-palate, somehow involving to a slightly minty note. As it warns, the beer just seems to fit into the IPAs from 7-10 years ago - a bit weedy to catty with a lingering bitterness that becomes ever more piney.
The only thing the is a bit distracting is a metallic note I sense here and there. It seems that the scallion and pine (and perhaps grapefruit peel) that twists briefly into this note, and it’s not overbearing by any means.
