Hazy IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic this soft and juicy IPA looks and tastes like freshly squeezed orange juice with a touch of passionfruit and lychee.
Hemingway was known for his massive number of cats, but one in particular was close to his heart as it liked to drink whisky from its bowl. He called this fine feline his "Feather Kitty."

New Beer Styles!!!! I have been commenting about the potential need for an Imperial NEIPA for a long time. Looks like we've got it now...A Hazy IPA and an Imperial Hazy IPA as well as a bunch of other new styles. Whatever the style, Feather Kitty is a good brew. Lots of fruit flavor, quite malty and rich with a little hoppiness in the finish. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer featured a yellow, hazy body, darker than the standard Hazy IPA color. The white head started out bubbly and settle into a small foamy head. Somewhat better than average retention and lots of lacing on the glass. The aroma and flavor were much more pronounced than most Hazy IPAs. The rich malty backbone is one of the first things I noticed about this beer. The follow-up was the strong pineapple and other tropical fruit aspect. Quite robust for this style!!! Flavorful too, with a touch of dankness and bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel was rich and smooth. The low level of bitterness was more of an add-on than a factor in the 'feel. I really enjoyed this "first" in the new style.
