Poured on tap at the Rehoboth Dogfish Head pub into a taster glass. From notes.
A dull brown guessing unfiltered body amber, leaves a faint tan ring collar.
Nose has some faint fruit esters, and spicy herbality. Lots of tea and earth to match and soft mint. Lots of loaded green herbality going on.
Palte comes with lots of soft mint properties. Bready brown toast finish on the swallow, hop crisp sensing slightly with tea herbality. Large menthol shaving cream sensing slightly finish as well.
Overall a very fun pale ale, love the added use of basil and oolong tea in this.
