I enjoyed this on tap at the brewpub-review from notes.
The color is golden with good clarity and thick white head. The smell has a tea-like fragrance of sage with mild minty element and wheat in the aroma. The feel is slightly herbal througout with mild sweetness from malt and well carbonated with semi-dry finish.
The taste is very good with a nice malt foundation and some strong sage in the flavor with a clean minty quality and some gentle yeast in the taste adding to the combo. this is a delicous herbal pale ale, taste and drinkability mirror each other.
