Paraphrasing from the DFH beer menu: This is a London-style porter brewed with about 44% Palo Santo smoked malt. This is the same wood that makes up the aging vessels for DFH Palo Santo Marron. Aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months. Aromas of coconut, vanilla, and sandalwood dominate the nose, with just a touch of ash coming through. These notes also come through on the palate, along with chocolate, caramel, dark fruit, bourbon soaked oak, and a sweet but spicy finish.

I really enjoyed this, and wish DFH would do more barrel aged brews like this. Fantastic.
