On tap at Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats in Rehoboth, DE.

This one pours a darkish golden amber, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.

Smells like caramel malt, grapefruit, honey biscuit, and pine.

This is a pretty malty IPA, for a wet hopped beer I expected a little more I guess. It's got a nice malt backbone though, honey and caramel, a little bit biscuity. There's some grassy and pine hop flavors from the Cascade, but it plays second fiddle to the malt here.

This is medium bodied, with a crisp mouthfeel, and a lower level of carbonation.

Not too bad, but I wish the wet hop flavor was a little more assertive here.

Pours a golden color with a half a finger nail length head, the lace disapates halfway. Crackery malt aroma and a light hint of citrus in the nose. Hop forward taste, lightly hopped, with solid malt backbone. Mineral water finish. The body is a bit light. I had this at the dogfish head brew up in Rehoboth and they listed it as an ipa. If so, it feels like a session. Not bad, but not DFH's greatest effort.

12 oz pour at Dogfish Head Eatery in Rehoboth Beach DE. Limited availability. Another interesting variation from DFH. Ever so slight hints of grapefruit, honey(?), caramel and malt.
