Poured on tap into a becher like glass at the brew pub.
Deep and cloudy like body, pink slightly with a grapefruit like color. Looks a bit like grapefruit juice actually. Head is non existent and very thin collar.
Closed nose, not much aroma going around. Mild sensing Belgian candy and maybe a little wheat chew.
Palate opens up on first sip. Nearly crisp body, but almost hinting fizz kicks in with a bit of wheat chewy density. Mild sensing red fruit qualities, slight juicy, mild tartness with a good quality of mild sensing Belgian sucrose like character. Clean, good fruit component character and balance with some chewy depth.
Decent fruited wit, just wish this had a little more body.
