10oz tulip glass, sample at the brewpub.
Hazed orange amber hue, minimal lacing stays for a while. Fresh fruit in the nose of grapes and apples, mild esters and a faint cake batter maltiness. Very smooth, a bit creamy with a slight tannin back end. Apple flavor it is pulp, skin, & core. Kiss of grape tannin, very dry finish.
A lot of fun to sip, very unique. The blend of flavors work very well together.
