On tap the Rehoboth brewpub.
Extremely dark brown pour, glassy, with a tan ring on top. In the aroma, roast and smoke, hints of unsweetened cocoa. Nutty roast in the taste, caramel malts, assertive smokiness and earth from the onion puree. An onion beer might sound gross, but they actually pulled it off pretty good here. Medium body, and good drinkability, with the higher ABV well hidden. I probably wouldn't want more than one pour in a session, but it was good.
