On tap at Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
This one a light amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like toasted bready malt, light floral hop character, and some caramel.
This is maybe a little bit too sweet overall, with lots of caramel. There’s a good amount of rich breadiness, with just a touch of floral hoppiness across the finish.
This is light bodied, crisp and clean, with a very nice drinkability.
This isn’t the best of the style you’ll have this season, but it’s still quite enjoyable.

Pours a clear caramel and amber color; on the darker end of the spectrum for the style. A fingernail length frothy head retains well.
Aromas of bread crust, dark toast, biscuit and cracker. The hops aromas reflect Noble Hops qualities, including earthy, floral, woodsy, vanilla and sweet grass.
Malty, bready and doughy with notes of biscuit and dark toast. Moderately sweet but with a clean touch of bitterness. The yeast and hops flavors bring forth lightly peppery, woodsy and earthy notes.
Medium bodied with a smoothly crisp mouthfeel. The finish is crisp with some dryness. The carbonation is moderate.
One of the tastiest Oktoberfest/Marzen I’ve had this season. I would have again.
